1. No refunds will be provided for participants who withdraw during the activity due to personal reasons or physical discomfort. 2. In the event of force majeure (such as typhoons, earthquakes, epidemics, etc., as defined by government announcements) leading to class cancellation, expenses already incurred and necessary costs will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. 3. The organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the activity, as well as to decide whether to open a class based on the number of registrations. The organizer also retains the final right of interpretation. 4. I hereby agree and authorize the Natsumi Uesugi Team to photograph, use, edit, and publicly display my portrait, name, and voice in various forms of media and works, and to use them in future exhibitions, advertisements, publications, and related purposes.
